Made to Order Return Policy

I do not offer returns on made-to-order items. That being said, I want you to love your handmade goodies, so made-to-order items are eligible for exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Refunds are not available because unlike fast fashion companies, your purchase fully affects my livelihood and extraneous returns/exchanges are a huge setback for me as these pieces are made for YOUR body in mind. I cannot stress the importance of sending me proper measurements when submitting an order for an item that is made to order. There are a lot of moving parts that go into making custom pieces and I often only order the amount of fabric I need to make your piece and create the item based on the measurements you submit. I have made the sizing for customs super easy to navigate so it only takes you a few minutes to take your measurements and submit them when you are ordering a custom garment. If you do decide to make an exchange, you (the buyer) are fully responsible for all shipping costs. 

Stocked Items Return Policy

I offer returns/exchanges on stocked items. You must send your item back within 7 days of receiving your item. You are responsible for sending your item back to me and paying for the return shipping. I am a very very small company and I really just cannot afford to cover return shipping costs. I try to make the sizing as self-explanatory as possible and include detailed descriptions and size charts for each and every item. I totally understand that all bodies are different and your items may not fit as expected so that’s why I accept returns for stocked items. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it and the item cannot be worn or you will not receive a full refund. If you choose to exchange for another item, you will be charged for shipping again when I ship out the exchanged item. 

Policy For Lost/Stolen Packages

It’s a really big bummer for you AND me when an item is lost or stolen in the mail.  I cannot offer you a refund for your item if it was lost or stolen in transit. I am just one being, doing this business full-time and I simply cannot afford to supply a replacement item if an item is stolen. Once I mail out a package, it is completely out of my hands and I have no control over anything that happens in transit. I will try my absolute hardest to track down your package, but it truly is out of my hands once I drop it off at the post office. Due to some super unfortunate circumstances where packages were stolen, I now ship out *almost* everything priority, so that the items are insured in case they get lost or stolen. If your item was lost or stolen, contact me and I may be able to send you replacement items up to $100 if USPS approves the claim (USPS covers up to $100 for lost/stolen packages), but unfortunately, if your purchase was more than that, I cannot cover the additional cost.
