Return + Refund Policy
Returns are ONLY permitted for Stocked items. Made-to-order items are up for exchange ONLY. We have a 7-day return policy on stocked items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Made to Order Return Policy
I do not offer returns on made-to-order items. That being said, I want you to love your handmade goodies, so made-to-order items are eligible for exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Refunds are not available because unlike fast fashion companies, your purchase fully affects my livelihood and extraneous returns/exchanges are a huge setback for me as these pieces are made for YOUR body in mind. If you do decide to make an exchange, you (the buyer) are fully responsible for all shipping costs. With all of this being said, I am a reasonable human and know that I make mistakes so please reach out if you have any issues with your order.
Stocked Items Return Policy
I offer returns/exchanges on stocked items. You must send your item back within 7 days of receiving your item. You are responsible for sending your item back to me and paying for the return shipping. I am a very very small company and I really just cannot afford to cover return shipping costs. I try to make the sizing as self-explanatory as possible and include detailed descriptions and size charts for each and every item. I totally understand that all bodies are different and your items may not fit as expected so that’s why I accept returns for stocked items. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it and the item cannot be worn or you will not receive a full refund. If you choose to exchange for another item, you will be charged for shipping again when I ship out the exchanged item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sometimes bad thangs happen in the mail and I cannot be held accountable for that, unfortunately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items that were made specifically for you). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
